Ciara Phelan is a mixed media artist based in London. She specialises in mixing analogue and digital media both on screen and with a scalpel to create playful, colourful and dynamically composed art works. 

Ciara is also the Co-founder & Creative Director of artist agency Grand Matter. With a focus on meaningful creativity, Grand Matter represents a roster of distinctive illustrators chosen for their grand ideas & creative curiosity.

In May 2021, Ciara joined the AOI Board of Directors.
